WHO IS JENNIFER?

Jennifer has worked within the health and wellbeing industry for over 20yrs, in various roles both employed and self-employed. She has gained many professional  qualifications and has a great understanding of mental health. Jen hosts a wellbeing radio show as the resident therapist for In2beats FM, providing the listeners with practical support to improve their lives. Jen is the co-author of ‘Love your body’, ‘Your Wellbeing’ and ‘Words of the Wise’. Jen writes and talks about her own experiences with mental health as well as providing a professional insight.
