Jennifer McKenzie a 40-year-old mum of four, is a woman on a mission to change the way we approach, talk about, and treat mental health, in a very broken system. It’s clear we need more societal change, we need more education around the mind/body connection so people feel empowered to take their emotional wellbeing into their own hands. 

Jen is now living life to the full and paying forward her knowledge, expertise and life journey lessons, a life she very nearly ended on many occasions as a result of trauma, domestic abuse, homelessness and addiction. Jen spent most of her life feeling like she didn’t fit in, full on anxiety, trying to mask painful emotions with substances and avoidance. 

After embracing a deep journey of self healing, through awareness, movement, breath work, meditation and energy alignment, she shed layers of outdated beliefs, societal and generational conditioning to completely transform her life, to gain peace and freedom. Founder of 5 Element Method for profound inner healing and trauma release.

Jen is the owner of Lunar Spirit Wellbeing LTD- and Rave & Revive, a No 1 best-selling author, host of her own wellbeing podcast, That Inner Voice, and a thriving entrepreneurial Coach with celebrity clients,  Resident therapist and radio presenter for In2beats FM. 

Jen is big into science and spirituality- connecting the mind/body/soul utilising her 20 plus years of holistic therapy and energy healing practice with NLP, DBT, Anxiety coaching, addiction counselling, mindfulness/meditation, sound therapy and reiki teaching qualifications – this is POWERFUL stuff. Her work focuses on helping others to awaken from anxiety, live in the present moment, move forward in their lives from past trauma. Jen helps people to let go of their fears and stop self-sabotaging so they can have emotional freedom and live peacefully. Which helps you move from the lower mind states and shift into super-consciousness by developing your spiritual and emotional intelligence.

When you heal and align your energy you become magnetic and attract abundance in all areas of your lives. Jen works with people who want to level up in life and business- energetically, emotionally, spiritually and bring the fun back into their lives.

She is also a huge mental health advocate and body acceptance activist, having learnt to accept and love her own body after many years of being made to feel ashamed of it, working to empower other women to embrace their femininity and celebrate their bodies.
