Our day retreats take place at our venue in  Bedfordshire, residential retreats are set in beautiful idyllic parts of the U.K. We provide environments that encourages self-reflection, spiritual growth and a deeper connection with nature.

More about Jennifer - Your Retreat Facilitator

All retreats are facilitated and organised by Jennifer Mckenzie- No Fluff Self Development Coach, Breath Work Teacher, Reiki Master Teacher, Author, Speaker, Radio Presenter for In2beats FM and THAT INNER VOICE PODCAST Host. 

Jen also hires awesome professionals to deliver workshops at some retreats. Jen’s unique straight to the point delivery will have you connecting to yourself in new ways, have believing in yourself and making the impossible be possible for you. 

What lights Jen up the most is being able to pass on this wisdom from many years learning and embodying these spiritual and holistic practices herself. Jen is on a mission to empower, ignite spiritual awakening bring people together to connect, one of our basic human needs is CONNECTION.

Jen’s own journey through deep depression, a lifetime of anxiety, masking and suppressing her true self in fear of what others thought, led her into a life of addiction, self loathing, surrounded by chaos and domestic abuse/violence. Jen ended up in a psychiatric hospital after attempting to take her own life, where she had a profound spiritual awakening that changed her life. Now a self proclaimed peace addict, truth speaker and spiritual badass, Jen’s enthusiasm and passion oozes out in all she does. 

Jen has a gift for bringing out your inner magic so you can thrive like the badass you where born to be. 

Our retreats are open to all- We support inclusion and diversity- Although you will require some level of fitness for select activities.
